Julia Annaloro is one of the founders of PCM. She has a BA in Communications and a BA in Studio Arts, both from UC Davis. Prior to starting PCM with her husband, she worked in advertising as a copywriter, and spent seven years in the hotel industry, earning Manager of the Year before leaving to start PCM.
In 2001, she stayed at home to raise children, while doing marketing and strategic alignment for PCM from home. Julia came back in 2005 and took over as CEO for several months while Vincent recovered from a serious car accident. In 2008, Julia returned to the CEO position, where she combines the creativity and adaptability she honed from her Communication and Arts degrees with the leadership skills learned during hotel management. “I have the ability to stay calm and directed in the midst of chaos – not a bad trait to have in the ever-changing dynamics of construction management.” Julia also states that PCM strives for a zero punch list, which their customers recognize as uncommon in their industry. “We design, engineer, fabricate and install custom projects that would usually require the G.C. to juggle multiple subs. PCM provides a single-source responsibility. This practice frees up the G. C. to handle larger challenges which may arise with other subcontractors.”

Vincent Annaloro is one of the founders of PCM. He has decades of fabrication experience in the precision sheet metal and architectural metals industries. “I have a passion for metalwork. The level of craftsmanship taught in yesterday’s trade schools and apprenticeships has been all but lost in today’s quick fix “high-tech” world. The level of craftsmanship we operate in at PCM creates a timeless architectural piece that will be kept for generations. We love to do the custom metals and specialty glass projects that no one else wants to do. PCM attracts employees that can put on their ‘Capt. Can-Do capes’ and enjoy the daily challenge and variety of custom work,” says Vincent. “Our vision is to combine the exacting standards of the precision sheet metal industry with the artistic integrity needed for architectural design.”
After years of running the shop, along with engineering, designing and soliciting new work, Vincent is now able to focus his talents on Sales and Engineering/Design - areas where his natural charisma and innovation can shine. The shop is in the capable hands of Cash Barnes, the Director of Operations, and Project Managers.
