President and Co-founders Julia and Vincent Annaloro chose to start their own company to provide a clear opportunity for his employees, with dedicated training programs, quality-based incentives, and benefits.     To this end, PCM has implemented an employee training program. A new employee will start with a good pay rate, with an incentive for punctuality. The new employee will be reviewed at 30, 90 and 120 days of employment at PCM. After 120 days, a good evaluation will be rewarded with uniforms.

    Long-term employees gain through a bonus program and benefits, and have built-in incentives for excellence.
